Orders & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my Apex Coins? Most orders are processed within 15–60 minutes. However, during high-demand periods or for first-time verification, it may take up to 24 hours.
What do I need to provide to get my coins? For direct top-ups, we usually require your Player ID or the Email address associated with your game account. We will never ask for your account password.
What happens if I provide the wrong Player ID? Because digital transactions are instant and permanent, we cannot retrieve coins sent to the wrong ID. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases? Yes, our larger coin bundles (e.g., 4,350 or 11,500 coins) are priced to provide more value per Rupee compared to the 1,000-coin pack.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only issued in valid cases, such as duplicate payments or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Once a digital code is issued or a top-up is completed, the sale is final and non-refundable.
